If Vatsonga Machangani Forum and other institutions within the Solidarity Movement do not have the executive ability to carry out our plan, our plan will simply be an exercise in creative writing. For this reason especially, it is crucial that every person in Vatsonga Machangani Forum works together to continuously improve our executive ability by, amongst others, recruiting new members and actively expanding and strengthening our structures.

Our personnel structure’s focus is on functionality rather than hierarchy; our meetings are functional; and we focus on alignment, communication and organisation culture.
